1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Logic Scan (the "Service"), available at logicscan.app. By creating an account, submitting a business for analysis, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Logic Scan generates automated business analysis reports based on publicly available information (such as a business's website, online reviews, social media presence, and search visibility). Reports are produced using AI models and live web search, and are provided for informational purposes only.
Reports are not professional, legal, financial, tax, or business consulting advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on a report. Because reports are generated from public data and AI analysis, they may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information, and we do not guarantee their completeness or correctness.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Plans, billing, and Creem
Logic Scan offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with higher usage limits and additional features. Paid plans are billed through Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Creem is the seller of record on your payment method statement and invoice, and is responsible for processing payment, calculating and remitting any applicable taxes (such as VAT), and handling billing-related support in accordance with its own terms.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Creem's applicable buyer terms, presented to you as part of the checkout process. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content you don't have the right to submit;
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls;
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute reports or Service output at scale without our permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and underlying technology belong to Logic Scan. Reports generated for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes. We don't claim ownership over the businesses or content you submit for analysis.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logic Scan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for business decisions made based on a report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
